  本剂超早强、高强,用于抢修抢建混凝土工程。使用本剂的混凝土工程在常温(20±3℃)下1d可以达到设计强度的50%,3d的强度达到不掺外加剂混凝土28d的强度。掺加本剂的混凝土在用滑升模板施工时,10h可以达到拆模强度;在用大模板施工时,1d可以达到拆模强度;50℃养护12h可以达到设计强度的75%。本剂适用于常温、低温和负温(最低气温不低于-8℃)环境中施工的有早强要求的普通混凝土、钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土工程。执行标准:GB 8076-1997
一、适用范围
1、适用于现浇和预制混凝土、预应力钢筋混凝土及外掺粉煤灰混凝土,对普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥和火山灰硅酸盐水泥等均有较好的适应性。本产品对混凝土冬季施工效果更为显著。
2、适用于自然养护的混凝土工程及制品,道路抢修工程。本产品减水增效显著,早期增强尤佳,可大大加快模板和场地周转,缩短工期。
二、主要性能
1、本产品为棕褐色粉剂,无毒、无臭、不燃,对钢筋无锈蚀作用。
2、该产品是一种复合的具有较大减水效果且增强作用显著的超早强高效减水剂。
3、在混凝土中掺入该产品,在水泥用量和坍落度相同情况下,可减水18%以上。混凝土强度增长率高。其一天抗压强度可提高120%以上,三天抗压强度提高80%以上,二十八天抗压强度提高30%以上。早期强度大大提高,在标准养护条件下,三天可达设计强度。
4、在坍落度与强度基本相同的情况下,可节约水泥15%以上。

四、推荐掺量
本产品的掺量范围为2.5%,检测掺量为2.5%(以水泥用量计)。
五、使用方法
1、本产品可与水泥一起加入搅拌机,计量必须准确。
2、为搅拌均匀,应延长破包受潮。
六、包装、运输、贮存
1、本品采用内衬塑料袋,外编织袋包装。每袋净重25kg±0.13kg 或50kg±0.25kg。
2、运输时谨防遇锋利物,以防止破包受潮。
3、应贮存在通风、干燥的专用仓库内,有效期二年。超过有效期经检测合格后仍可使用。若受潮结块需烘干粉碎后使用。

MNC-A1 SERIES SUPER ACCELERATOR

APPLICATION
It can be applied to deposit and pre-cast concrete, pre-stressed reinforced and fly-ash-cement concrete. It is compatible with regular Portland cement, Portland slag and pozzolanic cement. Intended for winter operations.
PROPERTIES, FEATURES&CHARACTERISTICS
1. Appearance: Dark brown powdery agent. Non-poisonous, odorless, non-inflammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.
2. As a combined super accelerator, it can reduce water and enhance strength.
3. As a condition of blending where cement amount and collapsibility are fixed, water reduction exceeds 18%. Compression strength exceeds 120%, 80%and 30%on the 1st, 3rd day and 28th day after application respectively. At the early stage, strength can rise to desired level in 3 days. Greater enhancement will be shown at the end . As the result, all setting properties will be improved greatly.
4. 15% of cement can be reserved as a condition of blending where collapsibility and strength are fixed.

RECOMMENDED BLEND DOSAGE
The blend dosage normally ranges from 2.5%.The standard blend dosage is established at 2.5%.
DIRECTIONS
1. The powdery agent can be agitated together with cement. Accurate measurement is essential.
2. A30-second agitation is required to achieve good homogeneity.
RACKGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
1. Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25kg±0.13 kg or 50 kg±0.25 kg.
2. Cautions should be taken to prevent form being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are transferred or delivered.
3. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective for two years. At the expiration, re-use is allowed if the testing results fall within the established range. In case of humidity contamination, re-use is allowed after drying and crushing.
