一、用途及特点
本剂有一定的早强、减水、增强作用,属自然养护型外加剂。本剂一般用于砖混结构建筑物所用的混凝土。掺本剂的混凝土在常温下成型5d后可以达到设计标号的75%以上。使用掺加本剂的混凝土浇筑圈梁、构造柱、阳台、雨蓬等构件强度增长较快,后期强度比不掺本剂的混凝土高。使用本剂既能缩短工期,又能保证工程质量。本剂适用于常温、低温和正负温度交替(日最低温度不低于-5℃)环境中施工的有早强要求的普通混凝土、钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土工程。

三、用量与用法
1、掺量:水泥质量的1.5%。每100kg水泥加本剂1小包(1.5kg)。
2、早强减水剂混凝土的搅拌和振捣方法,可与不掺外加剂的混凝土相同,粉剂加入搅拌机时,应先与水泥、骨料干拌后再加水,搅拌时间不得少于3min。
3、采用自然养护时,应用塑料薄膜覆盖;低温时,应用保温材料覆盖。不能用于蒸养混凝土。
四、贮运及包装
1、塑料袋小包装每包1.5kg,编织袋集装大包装。
2、本剂为粉状。搬运时严防破损。贮存时应防潮。如有受潮结块,应粉碎并通过0.63mm的筛后方可使用。
3、贮存期:3年。

A5早强减水剂是以 β- 萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物为主要成份,并复合有增强组份的高效早强减水剂,它具有对水泥品种适应性好,引气量少等特点,减水增强效果显著,早强作用尤为明显,能提高混凝土抗冻性、抗渗性和耐久性。产品符合混凝土外加剂国家标准。
用途及掺量:
A5早强减水剂对钢筋无锈蚀作用,无毒、无污染,可应用于公路、桥染、港口码头,工业及民用建筑的钢筋混凝土或预应力混凝土结构,蒸养及自然养护的预制构件等,也可用于气温不低于 - 5 ℃ 时的冬期施工。它的推荐量为水泥重量的 1.5% ,减水率 15% , 3d 强度提高 100% , 7d 强度提高 70% , 28d 强度提高 40% ,混凝土坍落度可提高 2 ~ 3 倍,或节约水泥 10 ~ 15% 。
使用方法:
1 、高效早强减水剂为粉剂,使用时,可直接与水泥集料一起投入搅拌机进行搅拌。
2 、产品应存放于干燥处,若产品受潮结块,应用水化开后使用。
Early-strengthening Water-reducing Agent
A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening. Water-reducing agent has, for its main ingredient, β-naphthalenesulfonis acidformaldehyde high condensate, which is compounded with the high-efficiency, early-strengthening, water-reducing agent that strengthens the cementitious composition. It is adaptable to all types of cement. With little air induced; its water reduction and gain in strength are remarkable, especially, its early strength is very notable. It can raise the resistance to frosting and seeping, and it can last longer, the product has been manufactured in compliance with relevant national standards for additives.
Use & Dosage:
A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening water-reducing agent produces no corrosive effect on steel reinforcements, being non toxic, and non polluting. It can be used for making structures of reinforced concrete or pre stressed concrete, prefabricated members requiring steam curing or natural curing, for constructions of highways, docks at harbours, industrial and civil buildings; it is also suitable for winter constructions at a temperature not below -5 ℃ .It is recommended that the quantity of the agent to be added should be1.5% relative to the weight of cement used, its ratio of water reduction being 15%,its 3-day strength ca be raised by 100%. Its 7-day strength by 70%,and its 28-day strength by 40%.slump can be raised by 2 ~ 3times, or10 ~ 15% of cement can be saved.
Application:
1 、 A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening, waterrdeucing agent is a powder preparation; when using, it can be put into the mixer together with the cement aggregates for mixing;
2 、 The product should be stored at a dry place; in case coagulums have been formed due to moisture, it must be first dissolved in water before use.
